Yes, blue, because blueberry. I know it’s more purple in color, that’s not the point… Anyway, this one is quite unique. It’s my take on a sweet onion and berry vinaigrette. What? Well, think of a raspberry vinaigrette, now with some onion flavor, and the pleasant aroma of basil. Delicious, am I right? This sauce goes well on salads, tacos, and steaks. Also, if you’re adventurous enough, I strongly suggest pancakes. PANCAKES?? Yes, pancakes.
