No. 3 This one is quite unique. It’s my take on a sweet onion and berry vinaigrette. What? Well, think of a raspberry vinaigrette meeting a sweet onion sauce and made love to the pleasant aroma of basil. Delicious, am I right? Still difficult to picture, or don’t want to? Well, it also shares a similar boldness and tanginess to that of a steak sauce.
This sauce goes well on salads, tacos, and steaks. Also, if you’re adventurous enough, I strongly suggest pancakes. PANCAKES?? Yes, pancakes.
Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Blueberries, Shallots, Cane Sugar (FT), Lime Juice, Habaneros, Onion, Red, Basil, Sea Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Citric Acid, Ghost Peppers
