No. 3 This one is quite unique. It’s my take on a sweet onion and berry vinaigrette. What? Well, think of a raspberry vinaigrette meeting a sweet onion sauce and made love to the pleasant aroma of basil. Delicious, am I right? Still difficult to picture, or don’t want to? Well, it also shares a similar boldness and tanginess to that of a steak sauce.
This sauce goes well on salads, rice & beans, and steaks. Also, if you’re adventurous enough, I strongly suggest pancakes. PANCAKES?? Yes, pancakes.
Ingredients: Cider Vinegar, Blueberry, Shallot, Cane Sugar*, Habanero Pepper, Lime Juice, Water, Basil, Sea Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Ghost Pepper
