RETURNS

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging

Your returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of the refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or refund.  Any and all refunds given will be in the form of store credit. Please e-mail us, using the contact page of our web site, with the following information:  Your name, your order number, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage.

Any altered, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
